I would like to thank Larson-Juhl for their forward thinking by marketing themselves and the whole (well most of the)industry on TV and in magazines.

Hey, and how about that babe in the LaMarche ad? Nice ad guys, I hope it is a sign of good things to come. But, maybe you should spend the money maintaining your inventory, or those great ads won't do any good.

LJ takes alot of flak from people who can't work with them because of their policies. I can't think of any other company in the framing industry who promotes framing to the general public like they do. Self-serving? Perhaps, but should that matter? I don't think so.

Less, is Linda Marcenic(sp?)your rep? I've known her for years, and does a great job. I feel like the only one who hasn't had trouble w/LM (yet-I'm getting nervous, though).

It wasn't that many years ago that L-J was taking a lot of flak (some of it from me) because they were setting up every shoe store and gas station in town. You couldn't hardly throw a dead cat without hitting an L-J dealer.

You can't please everyone but, right now, L-J is doing a pretty good job of pleasing me.

Yesterday a customer brought in seven oils to frame. (It was a long day.) When she turned over one of the samples, she said, "Ooooh, Larson-Juhl. They make the really good, really expensive frames."

Kwote from Ron:

You couldn't hardly throw a dead cat without hitting an L-J dealer.

You can't please everyone but ...........

Particularly all those cat lovers, eh Ron??

I used to complain about how they were everywhere, too. I stopped complaining when I found customer's don't care who makes the moulding, just that it look good on their work. LJ is mixed in with everything else, and I sell alot of it.
