Hot Shot Print Mount Issues

Hello, I am having issues with this machine and I do not have a manual. I am trying to determine if my drymount paper is just old or is it the unit. The heat reaches 170 degrees and then it starts to fall once I put the print in. The pressure raises to 15 -18. it is creating bubbles with the drymount paper but with the mount core it seems to do better but not perfect. I need to troubleshoot and or find someone to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
