Let's start a list, shall we?

Crescent SuperSmooth with Perfect Mount adhesive: The best product I've used for cold mounting high-gloss prints and photos. Most distributors never carried it. Most of you have never seen it. Now you never will.

Mat Magic: I rarely used it, myself, but I had a long-time employee who did amazing things with it.

889 Tape: Jim Miller (and everyone else) must be scrambling to find a working substitute for use with clear film mounting and encapsulation. I bought a bunch of it six months ago. I guess I'll find out what kind of shelf-life it has.

(Edit: False alarm on the 889 tape. It's still available.)

The entire line of Ivy moulding.
I second that emotion.
:( Rick

P.S. I would also add most of the Alpha Colorcore boards that have been discontinued over the years. Note to N/B: If you ever discontinue #8881, there will be h e l l to pay!

That cool tool used to cut adhesive-backed marbled papers into several equal skinny strips at a time.
