John, it means you have to wait two minutes between posts. There was some outrageous and anomalous behavior earlier this year that prompted Framer to activate this feature.
You're never going to catch up to my posting numbers, so don't even try.
Incredibly, I've never gotten that message. So, either moderators have special diplomatic immunity, or my posts are so carefully thought-out that they take longer than two minutes to write.

"Anomalous" became a favorite word while I was studying geology. Any time we found something in the field we didn't understand (and it happened a lot) we labeled it "Anomalous" and moved on.
There was usually a cold case of Shiner beer waiting back at camp, so we had to be efficient.

If what happens in your heat press is abnormal, deviant or unexpected - yes.
