Wildlife print on heavy paper. It was shrink wrapped on foam board but something rubbed across the surface and left a indented crease about 1 1/4 inch.

I am OK to drymount and my go-to is mountcore. I just don't expect the mount process to take care of this flaw.

I'm working from the back of the print with a burnisher and light moisture and that has helped a little.

Any suggestion would be welcome.

Well, I was going to suggest a burnisher and light moisture....:D

You might try a light mist of water and then put it in the heat or heat/vacuum press for a cycle.
I would use some silicone release paper on both sides in the press, sometimes artwork can stick if water is applied.
Paper and also wood can be compressed, as in a crease or dent, and it can also be swelled (or is it swollen) with water and some heat.
That said, if the item has value, I wouldn't try this.

The item was shrink wrapped, can you see a mark in the shrink wrap film where the crease is?
Save that to show the customer if necessary.
