Cassese (CS299M) Underpinner Problem

Good morning- I am hoping someone might be able to suggest a solution to this problem before I take to the super glue and duct tape! This airway keeps popping off- I am not sure what, nut, bolt, glue, missing part etc. I need to make it stay?

Its just a standard 1/8"x4mm elbow (with a 2x female + 1x Male 4mm Tee fitted which will transfer over to a new fitting)

Thank you…Is the fitting the nut that is attached to the white box portion?

Yes the fitting is the chrome hex (screwed into the beige control valve) which would normally be attached to the blue plastic piece.

I do not have direct dealings with US based pneumatic retailers so do not know who are good or bad but a quick google search came up with this:
