Odyssey continues for me. Atscott doesn't make them anymore and has no parts. Waiting for a number to call from another Grumbler for a source, but anyone using this as a shop cutter right now?

I found in my parts drawer a front plate replacement part sent to me years ago. Whut?? Also pounded back in with a hammer the little pin helping the spring rebound the head. These fixes were not perfect yet, but the blade no longer flexes off its line. Still have to pull the blade out a little further than before, but I can live with that if the rest works. How do I know it lasts? Live with it.

But...anyone actually using this machine besides myself?

I live and make do with the M40 pro. It's all I've got. Spring popped loose a while ago so the blade hangs low and its too tight for me to bust open and fix. I can still get a half decent cut out of it though so I'm pretending everything is ok! lol

I use a C&H Advantage 48" as my main cutter, and a C&H Advantage Pro 60" as my extra large cutter.
Not sure if these are the M models you are referring to.
We do have a Wizard that everyone else prefers, and that I use for bulk an odd projects.

Welcome to the G!

You can post the for sale ad in the classifieds area, if you would like to sell it.

Best regards. Glad to have you!
