UPS trashed this frame and print in shipping and we are trying to figure out a value before we do restoration work on it. I have tried everything I can think of but have come up empty. It likely came from NY / NJ area but 25 years ago. Thanks,

Just now seeing this. It sometimes helps, sharing the image in a Fb group. Either 'Identify My Artwork' or 'What Is This Thing?'

That is what mine looked like too. Just with way more damage!
 
If I may suggest, try Google A.I. next time...by drag and drop the image into the search box from your desktop or download it from a file on your computer. Secondly, you likely know, it's not just the replacement value of the print, the damaged framing replacement value is a consequential mount. Good Luck getting reimbursed. RH
