I received this email from a customer and hopefully a fellow retailer might be able to assist in answering her question...

"....wildlife artist and illustrator Wm. R. Perry: all are bird prints-one of a black crow, one of a road runner, one of a cardinal and one of a pheasant. These are beautiful color prints, published through the now defunct Nature's Gallery of Tulsa, Oklahoma, back in the 1970's. I think this artist is deceased--I have tried to find out info. on him and more of his works and any values his prints have. Can you help me find out more about this artist, who was from Oklahoma, and if his prints are available from any galleries?..."

Thanks for any information. If you have inventory and/or stocked this artist's work in the past, share with me your contact details and what you know about Willaim Perry. Thanks,

John

Too bad it isn't William Charles Perry, as there are
several of his pieces online.

How about to trying to contact someone in Tulsa, such
as at an art museum, who may have contacts with
local artists' guilds? It sounds like Nature's Gallery was
the name of the publisher and not of an actual gallery,
but maybe there are a few artists still around there who
are familiar with his name.

John: If you want to forward info as to how to reply to the person looking for info on Bill Perry, I can comply: Email to: rfs3putt49@yahoo.com.

I just "found" this batch of info recently so I hope the person seeking info on Bill Perry is still available to discuss so no, there's obviously been no recent response. Hopefully, the person who sent the email to John way back when is still out there looking for info on Bill Perry.

I have an oil? on board of The Holy Rosary Cathedral in Toledo, Ohio sign Wm. R. Perry 1933. I cannot find any info on this artist. Is this the Bill Perry that you are referring?
