Just cut some Di-Bond on our Fletcher 3100, and the blade veered while cutting. The piece is supposed to be 16 x 39, and it's 16 on both ends, but 3/32" narrower across the middle. That's from just one cut, and it was a surprise to see almost 1/8" difference. We just replaced the speed screw, so it's a brand new one. I should add that we were trimming 3/8" from the sheet, with this cut.
