Receipt printer for FrameReady

What type of receipt printer are you using for FrameReady?
Chris
We print Invoices on an HP Laser Printer.
Our iPad sometimes doesn't talk the same language, but we can always print for the Windows computer.
It probably works from the Mac Server, but we never access that.

An Ipad can be hooked up to a LAN with the networks primary printer as a receipt printer. I have found that the cost per receipt with a laser printer is doable vs specialty thermal paper used in a "print receipts" only printer. A laser printer will also be more durable than the heat sensitive receipt paper. Another advantage is the size of a standard 8.5 x 11 letter sheet will print more information such as special instructions and disclaimer for the client.

I do what Jerry said. I can print either a Receipt or an Invoice on my HP laser printer. If printing a Receipt, it looks just like a regular receipt, but prints along the left side of an 8-1/2x11 sheet. I staple the credit card receipt that comes out of the terminal to the right of that. When upgrading to a new version of FrameReady, the system defaults to assuming you have a dedicated receipts printer, so it prints a tiny image of the receipt (about the size of a small postage stamp) at the top center of an 8-1/2x11. Candace went in and changed one of the scripts, so that it prints normally as I described.
