What is the best way to attach a photo to mat board? Glue stick that is permanent? Glue that is movable? ( have 15 {4x6's} to attach in 3 rows of 5 and they must all be spaced the same distance apart. Ideas? Thanks in advance- Howard

I use mounting corners if preservation is an issue. Otherwise I use the heat press (only on my own photos)or 3m's PMA (positionable mounting adhesive).

If I am mounting regular photos to a multi-opening mat, I use P-40 (or is it P-70) tape and hinge them to the back of the opening mat at the top. That way, if the mat shifts in the frame opening in the opposite direction of the backing board, the edges don't show.

I am guessing that these are not valuable photos or vintage photos, in which case, I would opt for the small Mylar clear view corners.

(Now, don't everybody jump my case about them maybe becoming "irreplaceable" photos in about 50 years from now!!)

If they are to be done without a mat as we often see for small senior class groups then rubber cement done the old fashion way works.

If using a mat I use P-90 to attach to the back of the mat.

YOu would think that, after 16 years of using this stuff, a guy would remember a simple little number like "P-90", wouldn't you??

(Must be that danged sun down here that's been cookin' my brain the last few days!)
