I have a Ledsome 1000 with the manual foot pedal. There's an outlet on the side that's labelled "Compressor", so I assume there was a pneumatic option for this saw, but I can't find it on their website. Did that exist? If someone has one, would they be willing to take me a few pictures of the internals (specifically location and spec info of the pistons)? I would like to look into modifying mine.

Is that "outlet" an electrical box outlet? If so, it might be just an accessory outlet for other equipment operated by electricity.

Is it an outlet or an inlet? Is there an air channel or nozzle near the blade for blowing dust away from the cut line? Or could it be a dust extraction port?

At one point in time we had both the foot operated and pneumatic Ledsome saws, so yes, that option did exist. Unfortunately, we no longer have either so pictures would be difficult.
