I purchased a Fletcher Valiani Mat Pro 150 CMC machine about six years ago, and never received the CD containing software for Future Mat Designer. The computer that came with the machine is now having issues. Would anyone know where I can secure this software which is about 16 years old?

I don't think Crescent provides support for the former software, but they do for the newer software.
Valiani likely provides support for the product, or can help you to migrate to the newer product (Providing it supports the hardware)
It may be downloadable, and if a key needs to be generated - they can assist to provide one. I know the new models use a dongle for copy protection, but I am not familiar with the older models and if they work the same way or not. Someone may be able to jump in to answer this, hopefully.

Don't know if this helps but we once had an older MatPro 150 and it did use a dongle.
Crescent can help you. I had similar problems (for mine it would have been as easy as replacing the specific battery in the motherboard actually) and decided to upgrade computer and software.
I had to wait for the dongle.
This is not a free service, but I was happy to pay and be up and running again. I still have a lot to learn about the new software and am planning to call them again for a bit more training, which is included in the annual contract/new software purchase.
