Good Morning, odd question and I am sure someone can help me.
I am looking for a photo of the COA that comes on the back of the "cruise ship art" sales or auctions. Typically its from Picasso or Monet pieces. Prints that they say was signed by the artist. The COA are 3 or 4 paragraphs. In the middle of a paragraph is the phrase signed with permission from the estate of............
Thank You for the help.

That is a fancy way of saying that it is an authorized reproduction after the death of the artist and not created during the artists lifetime.
AKA, a copy to make a profit for someone other than the artist.

If Park West is still managing those auctions, you might check with them.
I've been to a few and the marketing is often confusing and possibly misleading, especially for neophyte clientele with a couple glasses of wine in them and high on the feel-good vibe of being on a cruise.
Jerry is correct about the signature and the nature of the work. Pablo Picasso's print work, and there was a lot, was being republished by his granddaughter, Paloma, at one point.

Here. I found a Park West COA for sale on eBay.

That being the case, feel free to copy and use this "COA" of my own making.

Thank You, I sent the seller asking for a better picture of the COA.
