Hi smtten.
You don't appear to be having much success. I can't be of much help, but I had a quick google and found a UK based photograper called Nigel Yeo. This is his website. I don't know if it is the same photographer. The image is not on the site. But looking at other images there the style seems similar (fond of gradated filters...). Check the 'Veiws' page. And Yeo is not a common name, so it might be worth sending him an email to check.
I did frame a set of London photos a while back and they too were very similar style. Can't remember the photographer's name. I do remember they came from Harrods, London though.
