Best corner clampin system

Hi all, I am in need of advice on what corner clamping system is best for positioning and obtaining perfectly fitted 90 degree corners. I have been using a strap clamp and that has been fine for the most part. Where it runs into problems is situations where the inner part of the frame is higher than the outside. Any thoughts will be appreciated. I have an under pinner as well.
