I have an 11x14 antique convex photo with a crack across the center. Can anyone recommend someone reputable to repair it? We also want it scanned to make flat archival prints.

Type "Convex" into the Search bar and prepare to have a good night's reading before you. There are a number of folks who have posted who say they can scan and photograph for you.
