your thoughts . . .

Man, just think of what you can do with that 1-1/2 feet of primo moulding!

It's the stuff dreams are made of.

For some ideas about what you could do with that "1-1/2 feet of primo moulding," check out Vivian Kistler's book, Decorative Accessories Made From Moulding, or - if you're in the neighborhood, visit Framerguy's shop in Salem, Illinois.

'Course, if you're cutting your own moulding, you probably generate plenty of short sticks yourself and if you don't, you're not likely to have the equipment you need to do these projects.

I guess I'll pass.

Actually, Ron's quite right about the short moulding pieces. They don't all qualify for business card holders, boxes, or shelves because of their size or width limitations, but there can be a nice little box or shelf hiding in that short piece of moulding that has been laying around your shop for the last 6 months.

I have posted alot of photos of the boxes and things that I have made here on the Grumble and you can go to my website to see more examples of finished boxes.

Don't think "Why should I buy this?", think "Hey, I could do that too."

The guy/gal just got $29 for a handful (OK, a small armful) of stuff that was cluttering up his/her shop. How many bundles could you put together like that?

Remember, eBay is primarily a retail outlet, and I don't think you're going to lose any framing jobs to the people who are going to buy this type of thing.... at least not the kinds of jobs you want ;)
