Yay - the grumble is back!!

I was so worried that I had something going on with my computer (with all the viruses going around) and am very happy to see the grumble is up and running again!!

I don't think many of us realize how fragile and precarious an internet bulletin board can be. It's amazing to me that Framer can keep it working most of the time.

Last night I sent 150 emails to Grumblers on my mailing list to relay what I knew (which wasn't much.) 25 came back with old addresses, but I got some interesting responses from some of you.

If you didn't get a note from me and you'd like to, in the event of future outages, let me know.

I could be like the Iraqi Minister of Public Information. Remember him? He'd be on Iraqi television explaining that the American and British troops were being driven back and the victory was close-at-hand. Meanwhile, you could see the US tanks in the background rolling through the streets of Baghdad.

Okay, bad analogy.
