Can anyone out there see either of these websites? Search engines find references to them, but none seem to be available... at least not within the past 14 days from any of the 5 separate computers that I have tried. Even the Western Union website of which Bidpay is supposed to be a division does not reference them.

BIDPAY dot Com

AUCTION PAYMENTS dot COM

Their representatives tell me that the website is working just fine and that I must be an internet challenged individual. I have been advised to provide the information that I cannot find the websites in the fraud reports that I am required to file with local law enforcement, state attorney general and FBI.

TNX.... maybe I am more internet search challenged than I thought. OR maybe computers in Idaho have limited capabilities.

They're working just fine for me. The second one is redirected to the first one.

Most likely it's a DNS related issue at your ISP. To confirm this as the problem, click on the following alternative link: http://207.225.114.4 (translates to www.bidpay.com)

Works fine here too.

It may be blocked by a firewall or your lmhosts file, however, since you've had the same problem on different computers it doesn't seem likely. Just a thought.

I figured maybe some kind of aol or proxy server issue, so I tried it with an AOL account on a test computer - works fine here.

Have you changed the security settings or added anything special to all of those computers, by any chance? Could it be a pop up stopper, spybot, virus scanner, or some other utility getting in the way? (something common to each computer)

If none of the above, it's probably some kind of block at the ISP level.
