WTB machine to gallery wrap 8 foot canvas

Looking for a way to gallery wrap canvases with 8 foot sides without stressing out my arthritic hands with the old pliers!

Let me know what you have. I'm in Albuquerque, NM.

Otherwise will probably buy a Gallery Stretcher 96 at WCAF.

Anybody know of something better for 8' canvas?

Canvas Stretching Machines makes a great machine and they are a great company to work with. I only have a 60" but it is well made.

I second the recommendation for Canvas Stretching Machine. Mine is also a 60" model but they can make larger ones. They are not cheap machines, but as rob said they are well made and have IMO several advantages over the others.

One limitation is that they do require a fair amount of extra canvas to stretch no matter the size.

You might contact them ahead of the show and see about purchasing their demo at a discount. I know that most manufactures would rather not have to pay to ship things home compared to having them leave at the end of the show.
