Does anyone have any experience with a product called, "I Can See Clearly, Wow" glass/acrylic cleaner?

They report that it's is solvent free (no ammonia, alcohol, or ethers) and pH neutral, and the price isn't too bad either!

I'm surprised that the same product can clean both glass and acrylic. The usual stuff they have in most glass cleaners is not good for acrylic. If you (or anyone else) tries it on acrylic, a report back here would be nice.

If I buy, I will gladly give a report. Of course I was hoping someone else already has some experience with the stuff.

It will be good if it worked on acrylic sheet. I think it needs a cloth which doesn't scratch the surface

I just read where this stuff is "gluten free and cruelty free"

I will sleep better now!

The glass cleaner from Frame Specialties works great for both glass and acrylic. It's available as a concentrate and must be mixed with distilled water or you will get streaks. When properly mixed it is the best glass and acrylic cleaner I've ever used.

I'll be the "test bunny" as long has I don't have to be the "test rat."

I've ordered some, so once I get it I'll do my own little scientific test on some acrylic... and glass too!
I will report back.

BTW... If anyone wants to order some too, they gave me a 10% discount code to share with my friends (I can use it too on my next order).
The discount code is: QLQ184
It's only good at: http://www.iherb.com/Better-Life-I-Can-See-Clearly-Wow-Green-Glass-Cleaner-32-oz-946-ml/26189
If you make a $20 purchase... shipping is free.

Remember... it's cruelty free (no bunnies were killed in the making of this cleaner)!

I received my shipment of "I Can See CLEARLY, WOW" today, and I've started testing!

It seems to be a decent product. No streaking (neither it nor me).

I've tried to on glass and acrylic, and it seems to perform well. I was most curious to use it on acrylic, so, I took a piece of acrylic, masked-off half of it, spayed some on the unmasked side and wiped it off... no noticeable damage, so I flooded the unmasked side and let it sit for 20 minutes before wiping it off. Again no noticeable damage! And I've compared the masked with the unmasked side... and there appears to be no noticeable difference.

The bottle says that it has no alcohol, no ammonia and no petroleum solvents.
The cleaning agents are: coconut & palm kernel (73%) and corn (27%).
And in small print it says it has: purified water, decyl glucoside (plant derived), lauryl glucocide (plant derived), methylisothiazolinone (preservative).

Wow!

David,
I've seen on here that you said you order from CMI in Houston before. They should carry the Ultra Lite Glass and Plexi cleaner that was recommended earlier in this thread. It is a great product, give it a try sometime. As well as working great on Plexi it works great on Anti-Reflective products such as Museum glass and Artglass.
