When people do nice things, they deserve the recognition!!

Monday I needed tech help from WIZARD. I needed to cut a mat with configurations I had not used before. Personally, I learn a lot faster via visual rather than reading out of a manual. So.....I called "Tech Help" and Mat took my call. (I wonder if it' a job qualification to have a name of "Mat" to work at WIZARD - what a coincidence!).

Mat was very kind and patient! He took me through the entire process, asked me appropriate questions and worked at my pace. I was really impressed.

Thanks Mat!! Thanks WIZARD!!

You are wise to say thank you to a company who does a great job. In our busy world we all find it easy to complain and forget to praise. I actually live in Woodinville where Wizard started. As they grew they needed more space and moved to a beautiful building in Mukilteo. Our shop is in Seattle and we are lucky enough to be able to drive to their office. Today our cutting head blew a screw and within an hour my husband had driven to Mukilteo, picked up a new head and returned to cut mats. I would not trade my Wizard for anything, it is a true workhorse that never complains!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lynn, in balmy 65 degree weather in Seattle on Jan. 19, breaking all records for the Pineapple Express.

We rarely call Wizard but when we do they are always very helpful!
Right now it is 45 degrees here in Montana and it is supposed to go up to around 60 degrees today.
