Wizard off when not cutting outside

Sorry if I've missed this question being asked somewhere else, I did a search and didn't find an answer.
My Wizard is being a bit odd. When I am cutting a mat and just cutting the inside dimension, the left side border is always off from my measurements by about 1/2". It's resulting in my mats being too small on the right side. I've got a mat to cut today which is 32x39 and can't cut the outside. Is there anywhere in the software to reset it? I've no idea why it's now cutting like this (it's not always been the case).

I suggest rebooting the PC and the controller pack, as a first step.

If that doesn't fix it, you may want to call tech support.

They may have to walk you through changing some of the calibration settings, with a series of test cuts.

Ours required adjusting a few times to improve the quality of cuts, and once in a while we also re-adjust the belt tensioners. (the spring assemby that keeps the belts tight)

We just reset the head and did another test which came out better. Wizard tech support also just gave me a call (they saw this thread) so if it continues I'll give them a ring back.
