Who from Wizard is going to be in Atlanta? Will there be any Wizard Seminars?

Both myself and Dave Becker (programmers) will be there showing off a couple of our new products - I'll be demonstrating the new Integrated Framer camera-capture software, and Dave's going to be demo-ing software on another machine that I can't talk about yet..

Of course Mr. Brian Wolf will be there, and he's promoting his new "101 Freakin' Suh-weet Designs" book (with actually a somewhat more classier title than that). I'll get back to you on Tues with the class schedule, as I don't have all that in front of me at the moment..

And the all-important sales staff (Stacey, Wendy, and Chris) and Lenny and Matt from the help desk will be there to answer questions too...

And I should mention that we plan on raffling off a Canon A95 digital camera for customers that purchase a copy of Integrated Framer at the show, and we have plenty of other show specials and a few surprises as well..

Can't wait to see everyone there!!!

Hi Steve:

Can you elaborate on the Integrated Camera-capture software??

Do you have a link to it for the benefit of those who can't make it to Atlanta??

Thanks

The class schedule shows a Wizard seminar on Thursday, but it is all booked. Any chance of getting on a waiting list? :(

Otherwise I'll just hang out at their booth and bug the @&#$ out of them.

The new 8000 arrives on 9/7

WizardWendy is going to post some more details soon, but here's a few answers to your questions:

Steve, will we be able to pick up a copy of Brian's book there at the show?
Yes, we will be selling copys of Brian's book, and he's also available to autograph it, and there's a chance to win a free copy too at the show...

Sure, the new Integrated Framer version captures images from a camera, allows you to pull colors and textures from your samples, and then displayes the finished product. You can also visualize all our CMC templates (if MatDesigner is installed, otherwise you just get rectangles and ovals), change the mat and reveal widths on the fly, and many other cool features..

Do you have a link to it for the benefit of those who can't make it to Atlanta??
Not yet, but we will by the show... we're still in the final testing phase, but we're 98% done.

Just like the original Woodstock, it's a free concert man and Brian told me that no one gets turned away. I don't think we'll get a half-a-million framers there, but if a few hundred show up then they'll just have to add more chairs..

T-Minus 9 days and counting!!! :D

Hello All! Glad to see all the excitement about Atlanta! :D

Here are some more details about Wizard’s plans in Atlanta:

THE BOOK: “101 Designs” by Brian Wolf

Yes, there will be copies of Brian Wolf’s new book for purchase at the show. There will also be a show special price! Cha-ching! In the Wizard booth (#2335) Brian will give a demo on the book and be available to answer questions and sign copies at 12:00 noon and 3:00 PM daily. At the end of each demo we will be giving away one copy of Brian’s book to a lucky winner. WOW!

That’s six chances to win a free copy at the show!

THE CLASS: Designing with the Wizard CMC taught by Brian Wolf

Steve is absolutely right! Brian has asked the education coordinators to allow everyone in that would like to attend. The class is very full at the moment…over 125 are registered for this class. Brian will not turn anyone away at the door. Yay! There’s room for all!

THE DIGITAL CAMERA GIVEAWAY: Each copy of Integrated Framer sold at the show will receive one entry in a drawing to win a Cannon A95 digital camera!

Any NEW STUFF? New Products? New Equipment? Even for those who don’t have CMC’s? Yes, Yes and Yes! You have to stop by the booth to see for yourself. Steve and I will be hung by our toes if we say anymore.

So put the Wizard booth (#2335) on your list to visit at the show. We promise there will be a lot of new “stuff” to see and play with!

Hope to see you all there!

Anything scheduled for Sunday? What times?

Wendy and Steve: For those of us who can not make the Atlanta show and are dying of curiosity, can you make sure your web site has the information about the new stuff the day the show closes or the day after? For us local Seattle people can we make a visit to Mukilteo?

Lynn Clark
Lake City Picture Framing

Gumby - On Sunday we'll have demos running all day on the new products. Brian Wolf will be hosting a short demo on his new design book at 12:00 noon and 3:00 PM daily.

Frame Lady - Sure! You are more than welcome to visit us in Mukilteo. It's best to call ahead to schedule an appointment. Yes, we will be updating our Web site very soon, but probably not the last day or day after the show, since our entire marketing and sales team will be working hard at the show in Atlanta. We wear a lot of hats and your patience is always appreciated.
