Any places online showing how to cut different shapes of cutouts? I have looked at all videos on the wizard site.

What are you wanting to cut? Something other than what's already in the cut art files?

You could get a drawing program like Corel that will output to DXF files, or go to the manual and read about path trace. Wizard will also sell you custom designs, I believe.

Yes. Different shapes.
Nearly any clip art or copyright-free images can be traced and converted to cutting files in a CAD program. If you have specific shapes in mind, you could email them to someone with CAD experience and get back a cutting file.

You don't mention specifically what shape or shapes you are interested in cutting, but one quick tip I would offer is to remember that you can combine existing opening shapes by either using the quadrant template or by overlapping and combining a standard opening shape with another one or with a portion of a cut art element. These methods offer an enormous range of possibilities without having to use PathTrace or CAD.

For example, the top mat on this picture combines a rectangle grouped with an oval:

Very cool!
Is that Ginger Baker? (now I'm showing my age:cool:)

Yes, it certainly is. One of the coolest drummers ever. I love this design because it accommodates the fact that you have a rectangular image that is full of ovals. You couldn't use an oval opening because you would lose a lot of the picture, but this way it "feels" like it has an oval mat while showing the whole thing.
