Wizard CMC 8500 Oval cut-out question

Dumb question :: How do you cut a mat with an oval opening to fit in an oval shaped frame?

On the properties tab of MatDesigner click the check-box to select 'Oval Outside'; and obviously use template 102 for the opening.
