Hi there Fellow Framers !

I have just purchased a Wizard 8500e and what a great machine it is...

I have one question or request if I may :-

I have the CMC mounted at its most horizontal position (about 15 percent or so), but it appears that the stand is not suited to this position. It appears a little unstable and that there should be some further brackets or attachments that stabilize this. The clamping pistons and brackets appear to get in the way of the stand and hence, the cmc appears a little precarious.

Can someone please take a photograph or two if you have an 8500e mounted (close to flat) of the front area of the stand so that I can see if ours is mounted correctly ?

Much appreciated !

Thanks in advance - Great forum people !

8500e

The 8500e is meant to be in the upright position. Make sure that you are using the 8500e Extenders, which are located in Box #2 Computer Box. The 8500e Extenders look like large "L's" and attach in place of the Board Stop in the 8500e.

If you are missing the Stand Assembly Instructions, e-mail me your e-mail address and I will send it to you in PDF format.
