Does anyone out there have any good distributors for really wide, ornate mouldings? I have some clients looking for 4 inches +. I think they would prefer 5-6 inches. I found a few here and there from my regular suppliers, but I am wondering if there is a source that specializes in these types of frames.

Four inches is pretty much the max we get from our suppliers. But THEN... you get to STACK!!
Last week I had a customer whose interior designer told her she needed a mirror with a frame that was 5-6 inches. She picked a frame she liked that was 4", I added the smaller version of the frame to the inside, put in a fillet for a little extra jazz and we now had a 5-1/2" frame. And I had a $1200 order.

Roma is coming out with a new line of mouldings specificaly for the purpose of stacking to make monster size frames. Don't recal the lines name but I am sure your rep will. I know my rep was hot to get me to pick it up (I didn't but did pick up a different line)
