We're going to be framing a large (39.25 x 59) beautiful photo reverse-mounted on acrylic that has an integral box mounted on its reverse made of Nielsen #22 moulding with Wallbuddies, from which it could be hung. The customer wants a black lacquer frame around the piece. It's OK if the frame floats away from the wall, as would the image if it were left unframed.
We are looking at Studio #74502, a flat profile about 2.5" wide, and at Studio #73402, a 1-5/8" cap profile (which also has enough inner depth to extend back to the wall).
The customer wanted to know if there is either a wide simple reverse curve profile (similar to LJ Ansley #656517) or a deep cap with more width than the 73402 offers.
Anyone know of any sources for such an animal? (Studio has profile #72702, a 3" reverse, but it is too "fancy", with stairstep ridges at the outside.)
