Minnesotans Welcome!

I am very happy to see that a group of Minnesota framers are attempting to re-establish a PPFA Chapter in MN -- I see that a Dinner gathering is slated for Saturday, Oct 4th, and hopefully you get a great initial response.

As a follow-up, I would like to invite this core group to perhaps car pool down to Oshkosh to the next Wisconsin Chapter PPFA meeting slated to happen 3 weeks later. Admission is FREE and this would give those interested to see a neighboring chapter in action.

Our competition judging will actually occur on Saturday, and the all day event is set for Sunday ending with refreshments and the awards ceremony at the Custom Design Workshop in Oshkosh.

As Sarah has written, please phone Elli Wollangk at (920)235-6446 if you have any further questions or would like to register.

So close..... and yet so far. I think I'm schedualed to be shoveling **** in the horse stalls at Hickory Hollow that day..... 75 miles south west of you'all.

Tick-Tock Amy, Tick-Tock.

Did I need to bring 8lbs of Blueberries and gold leaf, or is desert covered?

Maybe I'll see you there Baer. I'm planning on running away from home and moving in with Amy.......or Sarah....or Amy.......What was that new biz we were all going to start?

Wish I was closer guys or would join you all. We need a upstate NY chapter. Maybe some day I'll find the time to get one going.

I printed this out so I remember to call on Monday. Gary and I can make it to Oshkosh in time for the Paine Art Center tour. Oddly enough, I've never been there even though it is less than an hour away. Gary's been there to photograph weddings and one of his photos was even used in some of their promotional materials.

Hey Baer, tick-tock is right! Have been running around like crazy getting ready. Blueberries, yummmm. If you think they'll survive the plane trip, bring 'em along! They'll go just fine w/ Lasagna. OR I've got homemade (even the filling) cherry and apple pie in mind too, so don't worry, dessert is covered. As for the shoveling, I'll have that done already. We need all the time we can get just to get into some real trouble! Bring your snuggies - a huge campfire is planned!

Steph! Come on down!! Or better make that Over! If you leave now, you can get here in time for all the fun. No need to fly. You can stow away in an LJ delivery truck and transfer from state to state. We'll kidnap Sarah from the PPFA mtg. and do a brainstorming session w/ Baer for the new business venture here in Milw!

See ya soon!!!
