Just tried calling them and get a busy signal? And for all three locations?
(Maybe they are frozen)
 
Just got an email. Says they are in the process of moving to East Providence. Really only a few miles down the road, but centuries in the past, as i am sure Mike Labbe can attest to ;)

I expect a few phone glitches for a while but hopefully not too many.

Their other number is 508-556-7428 Try that one.
 
Yup, their email said use their local number for the time being.

I was able to place orders today with their 800#. One time I called and the phone just rang and rang, but the other two times I got through without a problem. Stacy did say that others were having problems getting through on the 800 line though.
 
They moved the HQ back to Rhode Island last week, which is just a couple miles from their former location. (on the MA/RI line)

We were able to get through yesterday, when placing an order on the 800 #. I was at the old location just before the move, and it seemed like a very well organized and well planned transition.

There's probably an "open line" in their incoming hunt group, or something. (one that isn't ringing through to people) That would explain why some people haven't been able to get through. They are aware of it, and I'm sure they'll get any issues worked out with the phone company. If that happens, try again and you'll probably get right through.

Thanks for the info....... Decor has once again an all time low with customer satisfaction. Time for me to move on Glad Don Mar is okay and just having telephone problems!
 
FTP how is it that Don Mar will deliver to you but not to me?

They have to pass me to get to you but when I called many years ago I was told they didn't want to go the extra mile.(literally 4 miles) I know everyone must have a cutoff but to alienate a customer over a few miles seems a bit silly.

If they don't work out try M+M or Larson. Larson has been giving my slightly better prices on some things than Decor.

I havn't placed an order with them yet but they did tell me they have a truck delivery. So not sure why. Funny because Decors cut off was about 2miles from me.
I am just getting tired of Decor's attitude again and figured I would try someone else.
Also I want the permalon (sp) And they have it!!!!
