I have a local doctor's office that wants to frame some small posters and attach a little business card holder to the outside. What would be the best adhesive to use to attach the plastic business card holder to the glass? Or should I recommend using acrylic on the poster as well? Of course, they want to keep the cost down since they have several to do.

Thanks,
Bobby

doctors want to keep cost down.........some one call911 I can't stop laughing....second thought I don't want to call 911. I want to keep my cost down so I can pay my taxes & utilities, so guess I will just suffer laughing to death..

silicone it

nice post made my day.

the expoxy tape that is used to put trim on cars works good on plastic to glass...any auto supply will have it in rolls,
it is usually white, though, so you may have to go with good old fashion 2 part clear expoxy.

Any UHB tape will work well. UHB stands for Ultra High Bond. The plastics supplier I have sells it as "killer red" as it has a red liner and it is almost impossible to remove once applied. There are several widths and thicknesses available. Since you are mounting a card holder you will need something with some thickness to it to allow for surface irregularities.

Many trophy shops also have the tape as that is what is often used to attach the nameplates to bases.
