You can do a search of the Grumble member list by location and maybe find someone.

You can also check out PPFA / Professional Picture Framer Association

Larson Juhl also has a list of framers

You could go to the LIFE website, I believe we have a few framers in NJ.

There is always the Find a Framer link at www.ppfa.com.

If you post what part of New Jersey maybe we can help. I'm right on the PA/Jersey border, but know lots of framers all over the state.

There's a shortcut for that resource, too. http://www.findapictureframer.com

This will produce a list of shops that participate in our industry's trade organization. Many of them have staff that have furthered (and kept up with) their framing education by participating in the PPFA Certified Picture Framer(CPF) and MCPF programs.

If you are closer to Jamesburgh you can try Lisa at the Artisan Framer.

I think Pat Murphy is closer to the Shore.

If you can give a rough location I can help steer you to framers I can vouch for.

I am about 45 minutes away but if you would like closer I would try Gate House Galleries. I think he might be closer to you.

I would google him.



jPaul, I listed Lisa but couldn't find the site from my favs. She is the hottest Grumbler I ever met.:p Don't get too carried away Lisa I've only met 2 and the other Grumbler was a guy.
(I've seen a bunch of things she has framed and I must say she is very talented.)

I think I was misunderstood, I was actually looking to hire someone who knows how to cut and join frames not a place where to frame things.

Towards the bottom of the forum page there is a help wanted section over the equipment for sale page.

I did very well putting an add on craigslist.

Also, if you need them to Forest Gallery will chop and join everyones moulding. You can have a delivery sent to them and they will send it to you when it is chopped and/or joined.
