What is a GCF?

I've seen names in magazines and on here with the letters CPF, GCF following them. I know what CPF is, but what is GCF?

A GCF = Guild Commended Framer, a test modeled after the PPFA's CPF, and administered by The Fine Art Trade Guild - UK.
