Web Order in Lifesaver

I just set up web ordering in lifesaver. I added the vendors and I left it in training mode. I made up an invoice and saved it. I proceeded to place the web order using the closing procedure but I do not get anything to show on the order screen. What am I doing wrong????

You should try logging into the LS forum, they are very good about helping you.
 
I did but there is no one in the chat area. You are logged on though.
 
but you can post to one their threads, they will help, I'm sure Mike L will see this soon, you could try and PM him.

I saw this, but I don't completely understand the question. Have you configured Webordering to process the vendor(s) that you used with the invoice?

You can confirm this and add additional vendors/account numbers via CONFIGURATION -> ADD VENDORS

It may be best to give LifeSaver a ring during business hours from Monday-Friday. While they are sometimes in the LS chat room during business hours, it is not meant as a replacement for phone support. Phone is the quickest way to get through.

Mike I did configure the vendors. I will wait until Monday and give lifesaver a call.
