Wavy cuts on Eclipse/Wizard

We've been dealing with a strange issue lately...wondering if anyone else has noticed. When cutting a larger mat on the Eclipse with MatDesigner, we're getting wavy cuts on the verticals as the head approaches the corners. On the verticals only! Sometimes VERY noticable, other times hardly at all. The larger the opening, the more waves we get. Really apparent when installing a fillet.

Cut exact same mat on Eclipse/Eclipse and it's perfect. So it has to be in the Wizard software. Greg is working on it for us but I wanted to know if anyone has run across this. Solutions?

Could be the clamping... I sometimes tack my mat down using artists tape so it doesn't move. Wizard clamps low and close to the left bottom corner instead of all along the edge... Worries me sometimes but ours is quite new and we've not had such issues. The wizard guy should show up about now anyway ...
