Hi, I am looking for an underpinner, used in good condition or repairable condition. I will just be doing a small amount of volume. I am a photographer and giclee printer. I want to be able to build my own floaters, frames and stretcher bars. I am in Florida so would prefer a close pickup, but I am open for shipping also.

Hi Steve,

I have looked at your website quite a few times. I have called your office several times, not getting an answer. I assume this is a P/T business for you and you only answer calls in the evening or something? This gives me pause if I did purchase from your site if something should go wrong with the sale, would I be able to contact someone?

This may have just been my bad timing.

This is a full time business. Office hours are M-F 9:30 to 4:30PM. There is someone in the office during that time. If you get a voicemail, it just means she is on the phone with another customer. We have a few reps that just take care of equipment.

If you get a voicemail, leave your name and number and someone will call you back.

When speaking with one of our customer service reps, it would be helpful to let them know what you are looking for, and your budget. They will send you links to items that will match your criteria.

We screen out equipment and sellers to ensure a better, more comfortable, buying experience.

Just to let you know Mike, Steve is the real deal. He will help you if he can.
I have worked with Steve in the past.
His company is a broker for equipment and they don't work for free, but they have a lot of equipment in their catalogue and it's all listed in one place which makes it a convenient place to shop.

I am just getting set up for my small operation. I ordered a miter scale from Clearmount, which I will attach to a 10' DeWalt. And yesterday I ordered the Mitre-Mite® VNA2M200 underpinner through framingsupplies.com.

The next item on my wish list would be a media cutter. I have looked at the Onyx 90 from Framing Supplies, but I would like to be able to cut other materials so the Fletcher 3100 looks looks like a much better tool.
