I've been reading about the Wallbuddies that everybody seems to like and am confused as to where the picture actually hangs from. What part sits on your wall hooks?

Would the dust cover go underneath these??

Yes, you put the dust cover on wood frames & then place the WallBuddies as shown.
I just installed several plate & tile frames for a customer. They were placed along a soffet in a kitchen/dining area. The WallBuddies let the frames hange flat against the Soffet & the Hangers provided a solid hold. Easier to get a row of them aligned than anything else
