I am not an engineer so I often "don't get" certain principles - please help me understand.
I have a mirror in the store - approximate weight 25 lbs. or less - I can pick it up fairly easily and I am not strong.
I was showing a customer how great wall buddies are today and noticed that the metal piece hanger is no longer flush to the wall.
I did install it according to instructions. the long flat side was flat to the wall. the nail was in at an angle. i do not remove the piece from the wall - just touch the side to show that it does not swing from side to side and is stable.
So what did I do wrong - I am concerned that it is going to go drop on my counter / monitor / TV display and break everything not to mention the 7 years for bad luck.
so I took it down...
the one hook that is coming out is no longer straight up and down the other hook is straight up and down ... why?
Is there a caution we should give customers?
How should I rehang it?
Help please
