I checked with PFM Seminars, the WCAF/National Conference organizer. Like all trade show organizers, they hire an event registration company to take care of the logistics of registering thousands of people in dozens of classes. But if anything goes wrong, PFM personnel will take charge of the problem.
The best guess is that registration packets will begin to go out right after the holidays, and most who have registered by now will receive their packets by mid-January.
If you register after January 10 you may have to pick up your badges & class tickets on site. And if you wait that long to register, you will find some of the best classes have sold out.
So, there's no need to panic until about January 18th. If you don't have your packet by then, call PFM -- or better yet, inquire by email through the web PFM web site.
