Has anyone out there ever used vnail.com? We have ordered from them a couple of times, with great satisfaction; low prices, good product. Over a year ago, we got in a shipment of 15mm vnails from them that were actually 14mm. When we tried to use them, they didn't work right.

Well, long story short, after sending the nails back and being told they would fix the problem, I don't have any replacements. It has been nine months, with several emails and phone calls, but no solution. I just tried to call, but there was no answer. Are they still in business? Do you know? Do you? Hunh, do you?
 
Perhaps you should contact Pistorius regarding this problem as they liscensed the "V-Nail" name to V-nail.com or they could not use the word V-nail. Pistorius has the word "V-Nail" trademarked. Contact them and maybe someone there can help you. The phone number for pistorius is 516-582-6000
