Vision Works where are you?

A year or so I downloaded their trial version at Vision Works .

Neat stuff, but I didn't have a real need at for this at the time.

Now I do!

The site seem a little out of date. they don't answer the phone or e-mails.

Does anyone know how to reach these guys?

I've got this program on my computer but I don't use it for much. It's nice to play around with but I wouldn't want to actually use it in the business. It's almost impossible to go in and change the prices and the mark-ups and secondly it doesn't do any specialty cuts or designs so that you can see them on the screen. I e-mailed, faxed and phoned more than once to see if there were any updates but no response. I don't think that you will get a response unless you gave them a credit card number and placed an order, then your stuck with it.

I don't want it for in store use. Just a tool to create marketing images of framed art without the expence of actual frames.

I had purchased this, and I believe they ended up in a lawsuit with another company. If I remember correctly... About 3 years ago, I actually had to send a deposition that declared that I had in no way promised to buy their online version (of which they were implying that I had for a mere cost of $100k - i.e. me still a part-time business with no where's near those sales levels!)

Not sure what happened, I never got called in, or heard from the chicago lawyers again.
