Virus showing up on This Site Only

Below is what I received in a private message from this site... with NO WAY TO RESPOND to the site. It also has the message I tried to respond with. Three different trusted anti-virus programs show my computer is OK, the only one showing problems is the one suggested by the site PM message.

Is this real or is it a scam?

Guys,

I have run a number of different virus scans and they all come up negative. The only one that comes up showing infection is the one associated with this site... and the publisher/software cannot be verified so I won't download it.

If you have a suggestion as to a better way to check I am open to it.

Sorry if there is a problem but with more than one anti-virus program showing no trouble and only yours showing a problem I don't know what to do but ignore it and quit visiting the site.

It's a scam and it's already been address numerous times on here by the moderators. There is even a sticky message at the top of the Grumble about it.

I'm locking this thread, as we did several others that duplicated the sticky. I also removed the link to the bugaboo that was quoted above, so no one clicks it by accident.
