Hi.
I just received my used Fletcher 2100 this afternoon, and even after downloading the manual from Fletcher-Terry's site, I have no idea what the #### I'm doing! I'm reasonably mechanically inclined, but...

Does anyone out there want to part with their video? I'll gladly buy it.
Thanks,
Steven

LOL. Steven, your timing is perfect - we have a class next week in Orlando.

I have one, still in the little slipcover! I played it maybe twice. Make an offer. :) L.

2100 video

Steven,

If Laura wants too much money :), just let me know. I should be able to put my hands on one.

With your posting I went down into the basement looking for a box of educational videos (knowing that an F-2100 video exists among them) and two hours later, I find myself still sorting, cleaning and throwing junk away. (My wife will be happy that you created the incentive to make a start on that project!)

The early F-2100's came with VHS videos, while the later versions came with DVD's, btw.

Now John,I won`t gouge the nice fella :)..........BTW,If you got the unit used it may be a case of the previous owner not having something set correctly,it would be easy to do,especially with being stored/moved prior to getting it yourself.I was LUCKY to get mine new, still sealed in its factory box,I t was timing...the 2100 was being replaced by the 2200,and the store wanted to sell the 2100`s to get the new units in stock.Set up and "training" was really simple,as the settings had never been messed with.I would reccomend highly having a nice chat with the customer support people at F-T.They are helpful, and quite nice to ask questions to! L.

Luddite is very indefinitely correct - the people at Fletcher Terry are great to work with, in fact they may supply you with the dvd or video. They have an excellent web site with phone number for customer service, they sent me out the DVD for the 2200 and to be honest, they aren't much different than the 2100.

Oh,Steven.....

I`m gonna send it to you for the cost of shipping! I`ll check to see what the cost is. Later,L. PS. customer service rocks...I got a dust cover, spare locator pins, and a replacement knob for my lower production stop(for some reason, one of mine had a small crack-still using it...) for free......Also had a great chat with a live person re: calibrating my f1100! L.
