I bought a Morso chopper second hand.
It was in decent shape when I bought it, but due to circumstances beyond my control I was not able to store it properly.
It developed some surface rust, etc.
Blades had a few chips in them, rusted, dull, one end of an edge had a big chip due to a drop, etc.

I sent them to Tech Mark expecting them to say they were not savable.
Yesterday I received them back. Bright shiny and very very sharp! They look almost brand new.
They did a great job on them and the wooden box is ingenious.

I also would like to touch on what kind of company they are.
Long story short, they should have charged me more than their website said.
My blades were not flat ground, but sharpened originally on a bad angle.
Even though they had to be correctivly sharpened and took a bit of time, they did not charge me extra because their website said they only charged more for flat ground blades. They should have charged me extra and could have charged me, but they did not.

Two thumbs up for Tech Mark and their staff. They have earned a customer.

an excellent company...nothing but good reliable service and fair pricing from them.

As many of you know, I have been working in Carson City in Val's shop.

One of my first tasks was to change her chopper blades.

The sharp ones had just come in from Tech Mark and I must say that they were very well sharpened.

I bought my first underpinner from Les Marconi, we won't get into how many years ago that was. They were great people to work with.

When I first bought the shop, both sets of blades were trashed, by a local sharpener. I sent them to TechMark (after getting advice from the G), they re-ground them to hollow, took out the huge pits and chinks, and sent them back to me, pronto. Solved my "you-could-swipe-a-credit-card-through-it" miter problem. When I get the sharp ones back, I send the "dull ones" in, and get them back in a few short days. They sharpen on Monday and Wednesday.

TechMark rules! Jill (on the phone) and Mike (the sharpening guy) are the best.
