Had a rush order come in just in time to place an order with Decor. (Very important customer)
Ordered mats and moulding, frames have no problem, just went to cut the mats to see that they sent me 2 pink mats instead of the ones I ordered.
Customer service wasn't a big help other than issuing a credit.
It had my info on the bag so some other ####### has mats that they can't use either.
I thought about calling around to other shops to see if they have my mats but found replacements for them here.
Why does this ONLY happen to rush jobs.
What gets me even more is that I have started to order all my mats from Larson instead of Decor because I get a better price from them but needed these fast so I had to go to Decor.
