I used to buy my black loop velcro fabric by the yard at a very good price from a fabric wholesaler in So Cal. Now I can't fine the name of the supplier. Does anyone have a good source. Thanks; we are remodeling, bit by bit.
 
I use black loop myself, there is a place I'll have to look it up for you when I'm in my shop Monday.
 
I'd be interested in knowing what price you pay for the loop fabric. I've been thinking about useing speaker case carpet. It is $3.99/ ft (6ft wide x 1ft) Minimum order 4 ft.
 
United sells it in black, camel, silver and gray.
Catalog #508, page 100.
57" wide $11.10/yd or less based on amount.

That's the one! Thank you. Now I'll be interested to see if thier prices are still competitive with east coast fabric houses at $14.99 yd 60" wide.

I just looked at thier site. Very spiffy. Prices may have risen ;-)

Strange that United is not 60". Different brand, I guess. Thanks for the tips everyone.

Just called Morgan. They don't carry it anymore. I'll try J and S.
 
I think Frank's Fabrics carries the loop fabric in black (60" width) and available in other colours (that's what my catalogue says, anyways).

I just called them for pricing
60" black Velcloth
40 yard bolt cost $9.90 yard
or
Min 3 yards $12.90 yard.
