Valiani CMC V-groove circle issue

Hi

Just wondering if anyone out there with a Valiani cmc has been able to cut a v-groove circle.
I have been unable to do so and after some discussion with Fletcher, my impression is that some people (machines) are able to do this with some tweaking and some, apparently mine, are not able to do this. Basically, when I cut a circle v-groove the actual v-groove is thicker on the bottom right and top left of the circle. The Fletcher tech support had me adjusting machine settings to fix this, but the adjustments didn't affect my results. Just wondering if I should give up on this project or if there was hope.

With my Gunnar 1001M it is no problem.:icon11:
perfect parallel V-Grooves also with circles or ovals.

But with the RAPIDOs they had the same problem. Only difference - you can easily adjust it in the Software.:D

My Wizard did that when it was first installed. It wasn't anything I could fix by tweaking the software but a techie put it right in a couple of minutes. I am sure the same problem would be fixable in the Valiani.
